Honouring Young Business Talent

I had the pleasure of presenting the Young Business Person of the Year Award at the first Conquest Business Awards held in Bedford. We sponsored and judged this category. The quality of entries was extremely high and I particularly liked the fact that such a wide variety of sectors entered the awards.
One young man stood out from the crowd. Reece Woods from Pristine, a working-at-heights business, demonstrated his relentless energy, enthusiasm, passion and sheer hard work since forming a window cleaning business in his early 20s. He’s continued to create, reinvent his business, and do whatever it takes to generate success. His story is an inspiration. Something that every teenager should read.

We also presented Heather Townsend of The Efficiency Coach with a ‘Highly Commended’ certificate. Well done to both of our winners!

  1. The Knowledge Hub judges' feedback was very useful for all the entrants. All our sponsor judges in fact, made interesting and useful comments at the Awards Evening and helped to make the occasion so positive for all concerned.
